Ridgewood Addition

This client had one goal in mind: create a family friendly atmosphere that would encourage their kids to stay home and entertain. The plan was three fold: 1) replace an existing deck with a new screen porch and deck addition with a 2nd floor bonus room roof-top deck on top of the screen porch, 2) add new outdoor patio with fire pit, koi pond, and hot tub, and 3) add a new 2 car garage addition with room for storing motorcycles, a billiards room, full bathroom, and 2nd floor theater room. The theater room connects to the 2nd floor master bedroom via a bridge over the entrance to the outdoor patio and the bridge is a private sitting room for the master suite.
