Southern Evergreen restored and renovated this 1917 house into the 21st century. The kitchen, butler’s pantry and master bedroom suite were totally renovated. Original features, such a windows, trim, hardwood floors and doors, were restored to their former glory. The plumbing and electrical wiring were updated to today’s standards. The experienced Southern Evergreen team, including historic preservationist Nora Miller, renovated this historic home to the National Association of Home Builders’ green standards and ENERGY STAR’s top rating. Featured on the Tour of Remodeled Homes and Preservation Greensboro’s Tour of Historic Homes.
